Resolution No. 2026 - 3 A Resolution approving the form of and authorizing the execution of a "Lease Agreement and Agreement to Issue Bonds" and any and all additional documents and certificates deemed necessary in connection with the granting of a favorable payment in lieu of tax arrangement and the potential issuance of not exceeding $13,750,000.00 in aggregate principal amount of taxable and/or tax-exempt Revenue Bonds of the Industrial Development Board of the Parish of St. Charles, Louisiana, Inc. for the benefit of Rio Morando, LLC; and providing for other matters with respect to the foregoing.
3. Resolution No. 2026 -4 A Resolution to approve and authorize the execution of an Act of Conveyance by Rio Morado, LLC to the Industrial Development Board of the Parish of St. Charles, Louisiana, Inc. for certain property located at 2030 Rue Sucre, Suite 150, Luling, Louisiana 70070.
4. Resolution No. 2026- - 5 A Resolution to approve and authorize the use of the Public Records Fee Schedule established by the St. Charles Parish Council as the fee schedule for all public records request made to the Industrial Development Board of the Parish of St. Charles, Louisiana, Inc.
