An ordinance to amend the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981, to change the zoning classification from C-3, Highway Commercial to M-1, Light Manufacturing and Industry and M-2, Heavy Manufacturing and Industry on property designated as Lots 12, 6007, 6011, and 6022, Esperanza Plantation as requested by Debra Dufresne Vial for Esperanza Land, LLC.
7. An ordinance to approve and adopt the appropriation of Funds for the St. Charles Parish Consolidated Operating and Capital Budget for Fiscal Year 2027.
8. An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 1 (Final) for the Kinler Lift Station Replacement (Project No. S220801), to decrease the contract amount by $34,677.75 and decrease the contract time by one hundred forty-one (141) calendar days.
