Resolution No. 2026 - 1 A Resolution to approve Amendment No. 1 to Resolution No. 2024-2, adopted on December 5, 2024, which approved a Lease Agreement and Agreement to Issue Bonds dated as of September 1, 2024 by and between the Industrial Development Board of the Parish of St. Charles, Louisiana, Inc. and Randa Properties, LLC to adjust the Targeted Ad Valorem Tax used to calculate the Ad Valorem Tax Supplemental Non-PILOT Rent.
