15. An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 2 for the Ormond Center Drainage Improvements (Project No. P190505), to increase the contract amount by $282,632.83 and increase the contract time by fourteen (14) calendar days.

An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with All South Consulting Engineers, LLC, for continued engineering services for the Willowdale Pump Station Sump Improvements (Project No. P241102), in the amount not to exceed $315,610.00, increasing the overall contract value to $351,560.00.
