4. IV. New Business: A. Approve Intergovernmental Agreement between the Communications District and Sheriff and Law Enforcement District for services to be rendered in 2026. B. Approve Commercial General Liability Policy renewal with Axis Surplus Insurance Company and Professional Liability (Public Officials Errors and Omissions) Policy renewal with Indian Harbor Insurance Company for the term 1/19/2026 through 1/19/2027 through Riverlands Insurance Services in the total amount of $37,429.36. C. Approve the CritiCall Test Genius Software renewal with Biddle Consulting Group for a five (5) year pricing plan as follows: Year 1 (2/18/2026 through 2/17/2027): $3,770.00 Year 2 (2/18/2027 through 2/17/2028): $4,695.00 Year 3 (2/18/2028 through 2/17/2029): $5,620.00 Year 4 (2/18/2029 through 2/17/2030): $5,620.00 Year 5 (2/18/2030 through 2/17/2031): $5,620.00 Renewals will be invoiced annually. D. Approve reimbursement request from the St. Charles Firemen’s Association for CAD Integration for the new First Due Responder and Incident Reporting software for eight (8) of the volunteer fire departments in the amount of $3,570.00. E. Consider approval to send four (4) telecommunications personnel to the 2026 Navigator conference April 20th – 24th, 2026, in Las Vegas, NV in the total amount of $7,811.68 that includes meals, hotel, and airfare. The registration cost of $749.00 per member is covered by the One Plan agreement with Priority Dispatch. F. Consider approval to send five (5) telecommunications personnel to the 2026 LA NENA/APCO Symposium April 27th – 29th in Bossier City, LA in the total amount of $3,781.20 that includes registration, hotel, and meals.
