The request, filed as 2026-11-R, comes from PDJ Enterprises, LLC and covers Lot 5A of the church campus, adjacent to 17369 LA 631. R-3 and R-1A(M) are both residential zoning categories, but they allow different lot sizes and housing types, and a change from one to the other can affect what gets built next to existing homes. The property is in Council District 4. The same applicant, PDJ Enterprises, LLC, has a related item on the agenda. The commission will also take up 2026-12-MIN, a request to split one lot into three lots adjacent to the same address on LA 631 in Des Allemands. That property is zoned R-3. A second resubdivision request comes from Margo Tastet, who is asking to split one lot into two at 14815 LA 631 in Paradis.
