The district will allow businesses to apply for Louisiana state restoration tax abatement incentives providing a 10-year tax freeze on property improvements.

Resolution endorsing a waiver from the subdivision regulations to allow a property line adjustment between two lots to correct a nonconformity where an existing structure crosses the property line. The adjustment creates proper setbacks and acceptable separation between properties.

Resolution endorsing a waiver from the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance to allow the Department of Parks and Recreation to use a gravel aggregate parking lot instead of hard surface parking at the Ashton soccer facility. The project consolidates soccer facilities and includes beautification and buffer zones for adjacent residential areas.

Ordinance amending the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 to add the Highway 90 Corridor Overlay Zone (COZ) with criteria for site plans, site plan review, and sign definitions to establish design standards and an improved process for documenting commercial development along the Highway 90 corridor.

Annual millage ordinance setting taxes on all property in St. Charles Parish for general parochial purposes including levees, flood protection, road maintenance, recreation, fire protection, mosquito control, emergency services, health unit, council on aging, road lighting, library services, and wastewater facilities. The ordinance implements a rollback of 1.85 mills, exceeding the legislative auditor's recommended 1.21 mills rollback.
